Built for the Shop Floor.
AERCONIC was built to solve the complex industrialization gap between design intent and stable serial production.
Why AERCONIC exists.
Aerospace programs routinely fail at the industrialization boundary — the point where engineering drawings reach the production floor and manufacturing reality asserts itself. Tolerances that were achievable in prototype conditions aren't repeatable at rate. Processes that passed design review don't hold CpK under full production load.
AERCONIC was built specifically to close that gap. We embed structured industrialization discipline — PFMEA, control planning, FAI (AS9102), process capability validation — into programs before those gaps become escapes, supplier SCARs, or customer complaints.
We are based in Dubai, UAE and Toronto, ON, and deploy resident engineering support directly into customer facilities across the supply chain — Tier 1 primes, Tier 2 component manufacturers, and sub-tier special process providers.
What We Believe
Core Principles
Risk Prevention
We don't wait for problems to surface in production. Through structured PFMEAs and control plans, we address process risk before it shows up on the shop floor.
Process Stability
Launch dates are secondary to stable capability. We validate to CpK ≥ 1.33 to ensure the program scales predictably under full rate conditions.
Total Traceability
Strict adherence to AS9100 and NADCAP standards ensures that every component is backed by an unbreakable chain of compliance documentation.
